The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill on page 1, section 1, on line 6, by striking the words “The Legislative Rule Making Review Committee moved to amend the rule as modified” and inserting in lieu thereof the words:

“On page 39, subsection 8.1.a.1 after the word “of” and before the period by striking the number “$15,000” and inserting in lieu thereof the number “$5,000”;”
